ABOUT
Leah Tolley commenced her legal career in 2007 as a Family, Child Protection and Criminal lawyer in private practice in Shepparton.
She later moved into the Community Legal Sector and most recently was Managing Lawyer at a specialist Children’s Legal Service in Melbourne.
Her areas of focus have been the Melbourne Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Children’s Court of Victoria in Bendigo, Swan Hill, Echuca and surrounds and she is a panel member of Victoria Legal Aid's Family Law, Child Protection, Youth Crime and Summary Crime panels.
Leah started Tolley Legal in 2018 and is passionate about helping people at court when they need someone in their corner.
